GMB EMAS announces MS Teams drop-in sessions to clarify confusing pay offer for NHS staff.

GMB EMAS announced that the UK government has put forward a pay offer for NHS staff across the NHS, which has caused some confusion for staff. To help clarify the details of the offer and how it may affect you, GMB EMAS is holding two MS Teams drop-in sessions with its executive team.

The two sessions will be held on Monday, 27th March 2023, from 12:00-14:00 and Thursday, 30th March, from 16:00-18:00. These sessions will allow members to ask any questions about the pay offer and receive clarification on any confusing aspects.

The announcement of the pay offer has caused concern for many EMAS staff, particularly in light of the rising cost of living and increased pressure on the NHS. The GMB EMAS executive team understand the importance of ensuring that staff are fully informed about the pay offer and how it may affect them before the upcoming ballot.
