GMB Leadership Survey – Update
In January 2024, GMB@EMAS concluded a survey with over 500 member responses. Results indicated mixed experiences and concerns about bullying, diversity, and policy inconsistency at EMAS. Following constructive discussions with EMAS leadership, the union aims to develop action plans to address these issues and improve working conditions.
