Following our previous communication on 31 January 2024, the GMB EMAS Executive team convened with the Trust Board of Directors on 12 February 2024, to present the outcomes of our recent survey.

The Trust has expressed a genuine commitment to collaborate with GMB to enhance the working conditions and overall culture at EMAS for all staff members. In this spirit of partnership working, we will engage closely with the trust directors to pinpoint the essential areas that need attention and development within the Trust.

The GMB EMAS branch has already pinpointed several aspects within the Trust’s operations that allow for swift improvements. We are poised to present these findings and our recommendations to the board imminently.
