If your “new” rota has not yet been agreed, tell your manager that whilst GMB are in dispute, you will not engage in the process, and the current rota needs to be maintained, The status quo. Feel free to use the above email to comment.
This will help your GMB representatives in their negotiations with EMAS and all members positions will be valid as we try to find a solution, but EMAS do not appear to be listening.
