If you change your address and or bank details, the new details need to be updated through the Electronic Staff Record (ESR) system for them to be processed.
The below ‘how to’ guide below has been created to show you how to update the system with your personal details.

Please remember when updating your address in ESR this must also be done via the Personnel Details section on GRSWeb. Details on how to do this are in the following “All Staff Guide” guide on Insite or your local resourcing team can provide support on how to do this.
