We at GMB@EMAS understand that any form of Rostering review is a highly emotive time, we will make sure that the trust listen to our members.

Nothing is currently set in stone, We need our members to make their voices heard through the divisional rostering meetings, and 1 to 1 meetings, as you did during the recent engagement phase during the conversation cafes, your input helped to shape the principles that are currently being consulted on.
