FRV Consultation Update

During an FRV Consultation Mid-Point review meeting, which took place on Wednesday, representatives from GMB@EMAS and Unison EMAS were informed by the Trust that the current FRV consultation would be suspended, also stating that ‘This decision reflects our commitment to ensuring that all voices are heard and that any future changes are informed by meaningful engagement, transparent dialogue and backed by the best evidence available’

We, as Unions remain committed to working on behalf of our members and will maintain dialogue with the Trust as they take the next few weeks and months, to work through the next steps, mindful that maintaining engagement and involvement of our members is critical.
