GMB EMAS leads met with Richard Henderson and Tina Richardson on Wednesday to discuss our joint working arrangements. During those discussions, we raised your concerns about the rota consultation – specifically the frustration around annual leave and TOIL being refused at a rate higher than ever before.

We took this directly to them. In response, they’ve asked us to gather examples of where the process is failing, so they can identify the problem areas and work to improve how leave and TOIL requests are handled.
