The government has tasked the NHS Pay Review Body with recommending 2024-25 NHS pay in England. The GMB Union criticizes the PRB’s lack of independence and delays in pay increase, vowing to not engage until reforms are made. They also highlight concerns about retention, ambulance delays, flexible working, retirement, and unsocial hours.
