“Significant progress has been made during our partnership meeting between EMAS, Unison and GMB colleagues, we all remain committed to working together.

Following your feedback and as a result of today’s joint discussions, where teams have collectively agreed to their new rota, these will now be implemented as planned.  We all recognise that this will be helpful to you, in being able to make plans and provide stability. This means that there will be no pause where those agreements have been reached. 

We have committed to working together on the outstanding issues, as a matter of urgency.
