We would like to thank every member who took the time to vote. Your participation is vital. It strengthens our collective voice and ensures that the views of frontline staff are clearly represented.

We will now begin the process of analysing the results in detail. This work is essential to ensure the outcomes are accurate, robust, and properly reflect the views of our membership.

Once this analysis is complete, we will share a full update with members and outline the next steps.
